How much time do you have today?

Be honest. A short session done beats a perfect session skipped.

    The honest part

Shorter sessions don't replace the full routine. They keep you from quitting.

The 30/30 Challenge was designed for 30 focused minutes a day, and that's still the fastest way to the results. A 10-minute day won't teach you as much as a 30-minute day, and a single lesson may take you two short sessions instead of one.

That's fine. What this plan protects is the habit. If your 30 days become 35 or 40, you still get to the solo. Finishing slower beats quitting every time.

    01
    Never restart from Day 1
Your hands remember more than you think. Resume where you stopped.
    02
    Never double up
Two lessons in one day to "catch up" = two lessons half-learned.
    03
    Something beats nothing
5 minutes with the guitar keeps the chain alive on impossible days.
    04
    Watch outside practice
Watch the ~10-min lesson on your commute; use guitar time only to play.
    05
    Same time, same place
Tie practice to something you already do daily. Leave the guitar out of its case.
